If you would like to display a poinsettia in honor or memory of someone you love this advent season, please complete the form below. They will be displayed in the church beginning on Dec 14 and will remain through the Christmas Season. The cost for each plant is $20 and any proceeds will go to support our Jerusalem Fund.
