Family Ministry

Our Family Ministries share a congregational focus: we are all God's family!

We aim to foster our children's growth within their families, the congregation, and the world. Families stay together during praise in our Roots Service, then join age-appropriate breakout sessions.  Adults remain in the main sanctuary, while children move to the classrooms.

Below are the children's classes by age, with brief descriptions:

Nursery
Birth to Reading
Nursery-age children join our elementary group to watch a short video from The Jesus Storybook Bible. Afterward, nursery kids enjoy a review and hands-on activity to help bring the story’s principles to life.
Elementary
Readers to 3rd Grade
Elementary-age children warmly welcome nursery kids to watch a video from The Jesus Storybook Bible together. Afterward, we read the relevant scripture, ask thought-provoking questions, and engage in open discussions. We wrap up with a fun activity that helps bring the lesson to life.
4th - 5th
Middle School
Middle School lessons dive into important faith topics, encouraging students to explore scripture, ask questions, and make their faith their own. Our goal is to help them confidently understand and "give a reason for their faith."
Youth
Junior & Senior High
Our Youth Ministry empowers teens to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ, become active members of our church family, make a positive impact in the community, and confidently share the gospel with others.

Growing in Christ

Children's Ministry doesn't happen just on Sunday Mornings.  In addition to Sunday School,
we have many regularly scheduled kids' events throughout the year.
Vacation Bible School  |  End of the School Year Party  |  Confirmation  |  Christmas Party | Opportunities to Serve
